The AI only answers from the information you approve, and has rules to never invent prices or promises. If it doesn’t know, it says so and passes the customer to your team. We also review conversations to keep improving it.
Yes. Each monthly plan includes AI usage up to a set number of chats per month, which covers most small and medium businesses. If you go above it, extra usage is billed at cost – we will tell you before that happens.
Yes. It understands and replies in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese, following the language your customer writes in.
Usually yes. The number is moved to the official WhatsApp Business API, which allows the chatbot and your team to share the same number. We guide you through Meta’s verification.
Yes. When a customer asks for a person, is ready to buy or the AI is unsure, the chat is handed over to your team with the full conversation history.
Your data is used only to answer your customers or staff and is not used to train public AI models. Internal assistants are protected with staff logins and access levels.
Yes. It recommends products and services from your own catalogue, and can send a secure payment link (FPX, card or e-wallet) through your payment gateway. You choose what it may sell and the prices it uses.
Yes. It offers the free slots you set, confirms the booking and sends it to you and your team. It can also send the customer a reminder before the appointment.
A website AI chatbot is usually live in 1–2 weeks. Adding WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram takes a little longer, mostly for Meta’s approval of your WhatsApp number, which we don’t count as our time.
